Women’s Walk 5:15 pm [Capen Park / Grindstone]

**During the winter months, we will meet at 5:15 pm instead of 5:30 pm, in order to begin the walk in daylight.**

For December 2022, we will walk at the Grindstone Nature Area, meeting at Capen Park. There are trails of varying distances. We will likely do a 2 mile walk and then add an additional mile for anyone wanting to do more.

Please bring headlamps or flashlights and dress for the weather.

All fitness levels, body sizes, etc. welcome. If you want to speed walk, we have plenty of members who do that, and if you want to go slow like me, you will not be left behind.
