❗❗𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮 𝗗𝗼𝗴 𝗩𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲: All dogs must be up-to-date on DHPP, Bordetella, and Rabies.

❗❗𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 & 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲: If you or any family member(s) at home/roommates are feeling sick in any way, including but not limited to fever, shortness of breath, cough, upset stomach, recent loss of taste or smell, etc., do not attend the pack walk.

As always, bring:
✔️Your dog on leash—NO retractable leashes or slip collars
✔️Water for you & your dog (don’t forget a bowl)
✔️Sturdy shoes
✔️Ask for yellow ribbon if your dog needs space

📢ATTENDANCE POLICY:Can’t make it? Change your RSVP AT LEAST (1) DAY BEFORE HIKE.Each member is allowed 3 no shows. If you accumulate more than 3, you’ll be removed from group.

❗RSVP ‘Yes’ means you have read,understand & agree w/ the following:

1.I acknowledge Feet & Paws’ Meetup is a social group for dog hikes.Everyone is responsible for themselves,their dog(s),their guest(s) & any event that occurs to or because of them.

2.I acknowledge I’ll be engaging in activities that involve risk of serious injury/illness to myself,my dog(s),guests,or other people and/or animals outside of the group,including exposure to COVID,permanent disability & death.I understand these risks may be increased through my own actions, or through negligent action or inaction of Feet & Paws’ Meetup organizers,participants,or other representatives & I voluntarily assume all risks related to any possible injury/illness.

3.I hereby RELEASE & DISCHARGE from liability Feet & Paws, their owners,operators,participants & lessors of facilities used by Feet & Paws, from any & all liability claims,demands or causes of action I now have or may have in the future,for injuries,damages,death and/or economic loss of any kind or nature,arising in whole or part out of activities advice,or info contained herein,even if caused in whole or in part by their negligence.

4.I hereby give to Feet & Paws the right & permission to copyright & use photographic portraits,pictures,or videos of myself or pet(s) who may be included intact or in part,in any & all illustration, art,promotion,advertising,trade or any other purpose media (hereafter known as “Media”) & to use my & my pet’s name in connection w/ photos or videos if so chosen.I understand I will not receive payment or any other consideration for their use.

5.California Civil Code section 1542 states;“A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release & that,if known by him or her,would have materially affected his or her settlement w/ the debtor or released party.”I specifically waive the terms of that section,& agree to Release claims I may not yet know of,or which may be based on events that have not yet occurred.

6.If I bring a guest(s) or children under 18 on this hike,I agree I am solely responsible for them & their dog(s) including their actions & safety & agree on their behalf to the terms of this Release.I agree that if,notwithstanding this Release,I,my guest,the minor or anyone on the minor’s behalf,makes a claim against any of the persons or entities released,I will indemnify those persons & entities & hold them harmless against all expenses,damage or costs,including attorneys fees,arising out of that claim.

7.I further agree that if I or someone under my supervision uses the event info I assume all risk of injury,illness,damage & economic loss,w/out limitation & release organizers from all liability therefore.
8.It’s up to me to decide whether this event is appropriate for me & my dog.Ultimately I am responsible for me & my dog’s safety.
