Bull Terrier

Bull Terriers are lovable, energetic canines with a delightful personality that make them incredibly loyal to their owners. Despite the fact that they were first bred as fighting dogs, Bull Terriers rarely seek out trouble and have an amiable temperament today. They have a powerful yet graceful physique and distinctive “football-shaped” head. Unfortunately, some health problems may arise in this breed so researching healthy family lines should be done prior to obtaining one of these amazing pups.

This enormous clown of a pup is an overtly sociable fellow. His gentle, friendly nature makes socializing him from the start essential to avoid any dog aggression issues in adulthood. Despite his autonomous demeanor and often stubborn behavior, he demonstrates remarkable intelligence that allows for swift learning when motivated correctly by his handler. He typically gets along with other animals and loves playing with kids! He’s a spirited and enthusiastic pup, who can’t resist being part of the excitement; he prefers an active home that will appreciate his energy!

Grooming this friendly and outgoing pup is a cinch – all you have to do is brush him twice weekly for minimal shedding. Their short coat is flat-lying haired and requires minimal grooming – making it ideal for busy pet parents! Additionally, don’t forget to trim his nails and clean out his ears! Given that the Bull Terrier was bred as an indoor dog, he should not be outdoors in cold or wet weather; rather he prefers to hang around with family members when they are present at home.
